Bye bye July :(

Slip sanding away with the wet 600 grit. And with every pass the shine gets nicer. I have been around the entire bottom 4 times. Like the back of my hand is an understatement. I touched up a couple of spots with the hot dog roller and can't wait to see how they blend. Next step, under the pads and then the bottom painting is done.

This week is balancing boat errands with getting ready for our hiring conference August 6th. Andre should have the diesel tank fixed up and west marine called that the new plastic muffler is in. Lighter than steel and it will not yield to electrolysis. The gifts from my "hot slip" at Joy's keep coming.

Currently -109 days on goal. Better late than never but getting close enough to see the finish line. I will be asking for some help drinking beers and cleaning the boat next weekend. After the conference and hopefully it will end with a splash. I need to check the tide tables on Back River. More to come....FBG in 2012!
