Lowered the pads this week. It's pretty bad when I can't remember wether or not I painted barrier coat under them. I did not. A little blistering started under the pads so I drained and filled them in. I will sand and apply barrier coat as soon as it stops raining. After I get under the back two I will tackel the front.
Went to Batteries Plus, was asked if I want top open a comercial account for my business, Nautica? Wow really guy. And he didn't know stink about batteries either. But they did have a better price on the blue top Optima than Bass Pro so I went with it.
Spent Friday on Das FarfenDiesel with Chief Engineer Chris. Chris is a mechanical genius albeit not acclimated with the tempo of the FBG Project. He installed the fuel tank and primed up the D7 and we cranked and cranked but no chuga chuga. We'll take another crack at it this week and I am sure Chris will figure it out. Looks like the sun is coming out so I am getting to work. FBG in 2012!
